Account Owners and Account Billing Contacts can change the account's subscription plan. You can cancel or downgrade your subscription in your Plans. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you've already paid. As a result, we do not offer refunds on canceled or downgraded subscriptions.
